CANCELLATION POLICY
When you schedule an appointment at Meraki, that time on your service provider's books is yours, and yours only. Without proper notice of a cancellation or rescheduling, our team will be unable to fill your reserved space on our schedule. When we are unable to fill a last minute cancellation, that directly affects our small business, and your stylists livlihood.
We understand that life happens... we just ask that you kindly give us 48 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
To ensure our small business and team member's time is respected, we have a [3 strikes] policy for cancelling/rescheduling less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
1st Cancellation (less than 24hr): Things happen. We will give you grace and a little pep talk to ensure this is a 1-time deal. We promise to not hold it against you.
2nd Cancellation (less than 24hr): We will still have grace but we MAY require you to keep a credit card on file to secure any future appointments (especially for a no show or any service that is longer than 2 hours). We still really like you, respect you, all of those good things, we just really want you to call sooner for rescheduling needs.
3rd Cancellation (less than 24hr): Oh man... now it just got harder on us. You will be required to provide a credit card for all future scheduling (regardless of appointment length).
NO SHOW Policy : If you fail to call to reschedule, and just don't show up for your reserved appointment, you will be required to keep your credit card on file for ALL future scheduled appointments.
* If we have been required to keep your credit card on file, you will be subject to 50% of your scheduled service amount for any future appointments that result in a no show or less than 24 hour notice for cancellation/rescheduling.
MERAKI KIDS
We sure do love seeing little faces around the salon and taking care of their hair care needs. We just want to do our best to make sure they are staying safe in our salon environment (hot tools, sharp shears, chemicals, etc.) With safety of your little ones in mind, we ask that kids only visit our salon when they are receiving services. We kindly ask that you do your best to make arrangements for your children, while you are receiving hair or skin care services.
We also ask that any children under the age of 16 is accompanied by a parent or guardian for their hair or skin care service.
